Our goal at Mary Morgan & Associates is to support individuals, teams, and organizations by facilitating adaptable training and leadership development. As the COVID-19 pandemic moved from a short-term interruption to a long-term disruption, we were concerned about the profound impact on our colleagues. In response, we created our COVID-19 PAUSE event. This interactive event helps leaders look at:

·      how this crisis impacted you and your organizations,

·      what you’ve learned,

·      what the crisis has revealed about your values, and

·      what needs to transform as you move forward?

We provide personal reflection opportunities, small and large group interaction, and a little fun along the way.

Timeframe:

This event is entirely adaptable to your organization. We typically facilitate a four-hour event. However, we adjust the timeframe to fit your needs and availability.

Cost:

In light of the impacts of COVID-19, we offer three pricing options. You will receive the full event regardless of which of the following options you choose.

Option 1 – Full Price: $1000 plus tax & expenses

Option 2—2/3 Price: $667 plus tax & expenses

Option 3—1/3 Price: $334 plus tax & expenses
