My heart is to help you accomplish something that seems out of reach because you don’t have the time, the support, the know-how, or the objective insight you know you need! I have learned that many ministries and small organizations can see their end goal or mission but do not have the resources or support to get there!

As a former executive-level non-profit leader, I know the middle ground between where you are today and your future is frustrating and challenging. I have found myself in that middle ground multiple times in my ministry, professional, and spiritual life. The relationships I cultivated with people who could listen objectively and speak words of truth and encouragement were critical to my ability to move forward.

My vision behind this organization is to offer a professional, well-rounded team with varying skill sets for a one-stop consulting and coaching experience. We can help you navigate the middle ground between where you are today and your future. We provide the benefits of a staff person without the high cost and long-term commitment.

Bring me your chaos—it excites me, and I love a good challenge! Taking messy situations and developing systems that bring structure and effectiveness is part of the unique way God created me to serve Him! I am a life-long learner. I am energized by stepping into new venues and learning about systems, relationships, and processes.
