This year’s retreat will be unlike any other retreat we’ve hosted. We have hired Mary Morgan and Associates to facilitate training utilizing the Leading from Your Strengths® assessment. This assessment and follow up training empower leaders to:

• Better understand yourself through a uniquely generated report including a detailed analysis, communication preferences, value to the team, areas for growth, ideal work environment, and best place on a team. 

• Help yourself and your team appreciate the strengths each of you bring to the team

• Learn how different people communicate and how to leverage these differences

One week prior to the event you will receive an email with the assessment link.
