From my own experience, I know that churches and ministries often struggle with the ability to step back and ask good questions. My heart is to join leaders in facilitating discussions, listening processes, and assisting with strategic planning.

I find joy in walking alongside and supporting others by using both my passion and experience. I love to help people gain a clearer understanding of something new or complicated, connecting people to each other and to an organization's vision. Whether in my job, my home, or my ministry, I want to know that I am excellently accomplishing what God has asked of me.

Through my coaching and training experience, as well as many years in ministry leadership, I have seen how amazing it is when people have adequate information and support to do their jobs or fulfill their roles. One of my favorite things to do is take a problem or complicated process and break it down. Often, the understanding starts by asking the right questions and continues as we look for a creative solution. Much of my experience is in identifying the bigger vision and then developing manageable and engaging training that helps you reach your goal.

From my own experience, I know that churches and ministries often struggle with the ability to step back and ask good questions. My heart is to join leaders in facilitating discussions, listening processes, and assisting with strategic planning. Group facilitation comes naturally to me. Whether it is teaching people how to lead small groups or launching major small group initiatives, connecting people is important to me -- and organizations.

Maybe you have a problem that is difficult to solve. Do you have a message to communicate, and you aren't sure how to do it -- or who will do it? Perhaps you want to take a ministry to another level. Or, do you need an objective person to ask questions or provide feedback? I want to help you do this!
